I retired from Mary Rose School in 2010 after working in special education for more than 25 years. I served on both the Temporary and Full Board of Governors until my retirement. I am very pleased to have now been accepted as a Community Governor as I still have a very keen interest in Mary Rose. I am currently secretary of the Friends of Mary Rose, and enjoy helping to organise social events as well as raise funds for the school. I am married with 2 grown up children and 2 grandchildren. My hobbies include reading, writing, drawing and painting, photography, walking and travelling.
