Being based along Albert road and In the middle of Southsea we decided that our theme would be ‘Southsea chic’. A real identity in Southsea is the Anchor logo and you see it in various cafe/shops along the road.
We went to the beach as a group and collected driftwood, shells and any other items of curiosity. We had a look at some of the different names of some shells, some were harder to find than other!
When we returned in the afternoon we created a huge sculpture to be displayed in our corridor. Some students helped nail the wood together whilst some students helped use a glue gun to stick the shells down. We worked together as a group and everybody was very proud of the beautiful final piece!
