PSHE & RSE
PSHE & RSE is taught discreetly within each pathway as well as across the school week as opportunities present themselves e.g. personal care, breaks and lunchtimes, meal times.
Pupils in Primary have relationships education whilst Secondary pupils have a Relationship and Sex education curriculum that is appropriate and meaningful for each pupil.
We are registered with the PSHE Association and our curriculum is built on the Programme of Study recommended by them. We also use resources and training provided by the Chailey Heritage Foundation for RSE education.
We spread the Primary and Secondary topics across our termly themes to ensure adequate coverage.
We share our PSHE & RSE curriculum with families each academic year.
